Very good stylist but very unreliable. Kept me waiting many times and it’s not acceptable. Your customers are important if you don’t have any you don’t have a business simple really. In answer to your reply it’s nothing to do with over running times between customers. There have been times when I’ve been waiting outside your shop for you to arrive and once when you didn’t turn up at all. I heard from you later on. I was talking to another lady who was waiting and she said her friends no longer go to you because you keeping them waiting. You are a good hairdresser but you need to improve your punctuality. If it was me I would have knocked some money off for the wait but that’s me. Anyway I’ve found another hairdresser who is cheaper and nearer to me so all is good.
I took my 10 year old daughter here. She was desperate to get her long thick hair chopped off short . I loved her hair but she didn’t it was thick and got really knotted easily. Shenola was absolutely brilliant with her and gave her so much of her time and patience. Shenola knew exactly what to do and made us both feel so at ease. She actually listened to Chloe and came up with a style where it is long at the top and short at the back. It looks amazing! We really appreciate it and Chloe’s hair now looks fabulous and no more crying about having to wear a bobble for school! Thank you Shenola x

Perfect haircut and a wonderful experience. I had a lovely time, very friendly and approcable. I’ve never enjoyed going to hairdressers but I’ve already booked in for my next cut.
