I was a bit nervous for my hair appointment today with Stacey. Hair salons just make me a bit anxious so I’ve been cutting my own hair for years.
As I entered I overheard the client before me saying she had gone in feeling the same way and was now looking like a million dollars and so happy, which was great to see.
Stacey was kind and welcoming and gave me a great haircut. Im very happy and will be booking again. Thank you 😊
Massive recommendations to visit Valley Hair Design. Service & staff have always been spot on. So much so after moving 30 miles away year ago, reluctant to change Hairdressers as always been so happy with results. I’ve been bringing my 12 year old daughter here too and she’s always delighted with her results. Claire is excellent at listening to customer needs, and delivering on them. She’s also great at understanding hair types and advising what will and won’t work-brilliant USP! Thank you Claire for making my girl so happy with her new sassy hairstyle this weekend to get in with Wicked show theme….She’s still so delighted with it. We’ll see you again in few months!

Lovely place! I managed to get a nice little trim before going away with the boys. This was my first cut here since moving to the area and (as we all get cuts) I was never sure where to trust. My wife came here a month before me and trusted the spot so I took the plunge and it was worth it. Had a great chat whole enjoying my tea and really liked the design of the place too.
In the end, I loved the cut and will definitely be coming back more often!
Such a shame I’m having to leave a negative review. The atmosphere was very pleasant and friendly. However I have been left with hair shorter than what I wanted (I mentioned I was not ready to lose too much length) and also extremely uneven length that hasn’t been blended well. Not only are the sides curved badly but the length isn’t even straight. Reached out to the salon and I’ve been told this is how it’s suppose to look. I now have to go even shorter fixing the mess that has been made. The salon offered no apology or taken any accountability. They have done nothing to rectify the issue.
