I’ve been coming to Urban Hair for years now, and honestly, I think this is the best my hair has ever been. Suzanne is absolutely amazing — she really takes the time to talk to her clients, listen to what you want, and you can genuinely tell she appreciates every person who sits in her chair.
The whole experience is just brilliant from start to finish. Such a beautiful, relaxed atmosphere, and you always feel looked after. I leave feeling so happy every time.

Every customer is treated personally, and Suzanne and her team go above and beyond to make sure everyone’s needs are met, no matter how busy the salon is.
The salon itself is beautifully designed and without a doubt the best in Hindley. I’ve been coming since it first opened and I honestly wouldn’t choose anywhere else. Been having my hair done with Suzanne for over 18 years and can honestly say she is the most dedicated, hardworking person. She has put her heart and soul into her business, her staff and her Clients. Nothing is too much and she strives to achieve complete satisfaction for her customers. The staff at Urban are friendly, polite and such lovely girls. They are a great team and never fail to do a fantastic job and make you feel so welcome. And obviously they always do a great job of my hair which is why I’ve gone for so long! Can’t praise them enough. Love the Urban girls!! Keep rocking. You’re doing an amazing job!

. I’ve been coming here for years and have had my hair done by all of the girls , including Suzanne and have never had anything other than lovely experiences. Always manage to fit me in , never complain when I have to change my appointment, always feel amazing when i walk out .I can honestly say this is the friendliest salon I’ve ever used .I would recommend to anyone. ❤️
I’ve been going to Urban Hair for years. The girls are warm welcoming and friendly ever time. It’s the first hair salon I’ve fully felt comfortable in and that my hair looks great every time! And just what I’ve asked for!
