Robin ALWAYS makes my hair dreams come true!!! When I have an appointment coming up, I start sending her inspo and she always accepts the challenge! She talks me through the process, asks for my input throughout and is willing to make last minute adjustments as needed so I walk out feeling my absolute best. And I always leave with best products to keep my hair fresh and healthy until the next appointment.
Ariel did a great job on my hair and I usually hate my haircuts. She was super attentive and kind. The environment is very inviting. I already scheduled my next appointment and can’t wait to go back
Recently, something changed with this business. My wife received services here and was charged nearly double what she should have been. She was never informed of any uncharges, and when the owner, Leanne, was confronted about this, she refused to give any refund. Finally, she conceded to give a refund but only followed through with a small %. When we called back, she became agitated and yelled at us. I was shocked by how a business owner could think it was appropriate to treat a customer like this. If you want to be cheated out of your money and then yelled, this is the place for you. If you aren’t into that, then avoid this salon. There are many better ones in the area.
Ariel always does such an amazing job with my hair! We decided to go darker and we’ve been keeping up with root touches and it always comes out to perfection! She also gives the best head massages during washing and also give me a great style after my appointment! Definitely going to keep coming back to her for all my future appointments!
I have been a customer at this salon for over 15yrs. The stylist staff are talented pleasant & friendly. Would recommend. I love going in looking blah and walking out looking and feeling fabulous
