I booked an appointment for 545, arrived at 5:40, checked in. I spoke to one of the women working and she confirmed my appointment and also gave me information regarding other treatments. I waited 30minutes only to be informed that my appointment should have been cancelled. They weren’t apologetic and didn’t offer a solution. At no point prior to me asking when I’ll be seen did anyone think to tell me I wouldn’t be seen. Horrible customer service.
Lovely service from start to finish. Naomi was very attentive and accommodating. Would come back again. Fantastic pedicure.

I don’t often leave reviews, but the Townhouse’s team absolutely deserves a shout out. Every month I can’t wait for my appointment with Georgina, who’s an absolute star as a nail tech and as a person. Her attention to detail is out of this world and I always feel super pampered after my manicure. I’ve been going for several months now and I’ve not once been disappointed. The environment is extremely professional yet friendly, and the quality of the nail work is amazing.
I had a really disappointing experience. Putting 2 stars because staff was polite and the salon is very clean and tidy. Despite the nail tech being very nice and kind person, the final outcome didn’t meet my expectations. After several nails were removed I was informed that taking off the builder texture from my base would be challenging. Eventually, I requested to leave it as is and apply the nail polish without removing it to prevent damage to my nails. I was told that it’s against policy to retain previous materials, so they have to take it off. I should have just left.
My concern isn’t about the removal issue, as the tech told me she is struggling and I said OK, but rather the messy end result. I wouldn’t mind if it were merely uneven due to the material, but the excessive polish around my nails looks untidy, all nails are different size. Plus my fingers hurt for two days after the procedure.
