My wife and I have been coming here for almost two years. Hazel our hair designer is super amazing and talented. She is very dynamic, down to earth, friendly and easy to talk to. Excellent luxury service and hospitality by her and her assistant Dayoung. She is busy so you might have to book an appointment in advance online. You can see her photos on instagram. I had a cystine treatment done by Michaela and I’m beyond happy with the results. My hair was pretty damaged from heat styling and color — super dry, frizzy, and just overall unhealthy. After this treatment, it looks and feels completely transformed.
My hair is now smooth, soft, and noticeably shinier. The frizz is basically gone, and it’s so much easier to manage. I can actually run my fingers through it without dealing with tangles, and it still has natural movement — it’s not stiff or flat at all.
Michaela was amazing throughout the whole process. She clearly knows what she’s doing and took great care of my hair. It honestly feels stronger and healthier than it has in a long time. I highly recommend her if your hair needs some serious repair.

Even though I didn’t have an appointment, the staff were accommodating and let me know the wait time upfront. The salon was clean and had a calm atmosphere. Once seated, my stylist asked what I was looking for and made sure we were on the same page before starting.
The haircut turned out just how I wanted — simple, clean, and easy to manage. Overall, it was a smooth visit, especially for a walk-in, and I appreciated how organized and professional everything felt.
My dad got his haircut with Michaela after being recommended by a family friend who regularly goes to her for haircuts and occasional styling. Although it’s a bit pricey, the results are definitely worth it. She did a great job, and my dad was very happy with how it turned out. He even mentioned how relaxing the hair wash was, and Michaela recommended trying the head spa for an even more relaxing experience.
I had an amazing experience with Celine. She was so generous to accommodate my time since I don’t live in LA. She took the time to understand the look I wanted and explained each step of the process. The cut and the Aqua Perm came out even better than I imagined. I felt my hair growing back heathy! The salon was clean, the atmosphere was relaxing, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. I’ll definitely fly out to LA to get my hair done from now on! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a skilled and caring stylist!
