booked an appointment the week before xmas, had to wait an hour past my slot to be seen. Nails were really rushed due to overbooking clients so were done messily and were left really weak and flimsy, and previous shellac wasn’t properly removed before reapplication so was left with dark green corners. corners were also missed on a few nails + messy french tips and stars. also left with two nails bleeding. tech tried to say the poor job was because of the colour of red i had selected.
after contacting them, the nail bar were happy to fix + really happy with how the design came out this time (first picture) but only after a couple of days the corners have chipped off, one of the nails is split completely in half vertically + they have so many chips. never had such a bad experience with nails, especially after having to travel back to the salon to get them fixed in the first place, for them to still not last more than a few days.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my honest experience so this can be addressed constructively.
I had my nails done on Friday and, unfortunately, was attended to by the same technician who sits right in the middle among other nail technicians (I think her name is Chloe), with whom I’d had issues before. The first time she did my nails, they started coming off just two days later with the big toe being uneven. I had to return to the salon, and Keeley kindly helped me fix them, she did an excellent job, so I was happy with the outcome that time.
This Friday, I decided to give her another chance, hoping things would be better. However, I was disappointed again. During the BIAB process, she applied the product to all the nails at once before curing, instead of curing each one individually as is usually done. When I politely mentioned it, she dismissed my concern. As a result, some of the nails didn’t cure properly and looked uneven. The French tips were also inconsistent as some nails had a slightly different curve and thickness, making the overall look quite messy (mind you, I had told her to recreate what was previously on my nails which was not in any way close to what she did).
The main issue for me isn’t just the result, but her lack of openness to constructive feedback and acting as tho’ I am asking for too much. It’s difficult to communicate when the technician doesn’t acknowledge or address your concerns. If I am paying for a service, the least you can do is a good job.
In the end, I decided not to proceed with my toenails and instead went to another salon, where I had to pay again for them to fix the work. It’s really disappointing to have to spend extra time and money because of this.

I am a regular at this nail salon and I like it a lot that’s the only reason I am leaving this feedback, so improvements can be made.

I can’t recommend this place enough! Even though they officially finish at 6, every time I walk past around 7pm, they’re still there helping customers. They managed to squeeze me in last minute and were so welcoming, friendly, and chatty – it instantly put me at ease. They didn’t even make me feel like a bother even though I came extremely last minute.
Keely was lovely and sweet but I have to give a special shoutout to Chloe – she was absolutely outstanding. She was so kind and made me feel genuinely special. You can tell they all work incredibly hard, but they’re still full of energy and always happy to chat with you.
The service was amazing, and the price was extremely reasonable too. Such a great experience all around! See you guys next month!!!
