Emma is so warm and welcoming. It was my first time here and I left feeling like I’d made a new friend. Colour was fabulous too. Would highly recommend. Emma went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and happy.
I was going to a celebration party with work and I wanted something special for my hair. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but Emma gave me time to look at some pictures and she gave me lots of time to decide. When I had made up my mind, she cut and styled my hair and it was really beautiful. The cost was quite reasonable too. Will be going back soon because Emma gave me advice about having silver highlights in my hair. Fantastic service

I booked an appointment online, when it was confirmed via email I was provided with the wrong address, meaning after I had arrived I had to call the salon to get the correct one, then walk over. On arrival I wasn’t acknowledged by any one for a while. I was told, quite bluntly my appointment wasn’t for another thirty minutes although I had booked and my email confirmed my appointment was on the hour. I left and returned after the 30 minutes to be sat for over an hour. I was finally taken to have my hair washed over an hour and a half after my appointment. I was told that I had to pay another £6 because anything over shoulder length is ‘long hair’. I was only notified of this after I had my hair washed.The staff were friendly once I was having my hair done, but I wasn’t offered a drink at any point. The hair cut was lovely and the products used were good. The stylist was a bit rough at times often pulling on my hair or combing over my ears and forehead. Overall a great cut and finish but I wouldn’t advise to book online as I think I was slotted into an already very full day.
Found the Ladies room by chance i was changimg hairdressers and decided to ring and give it a try so glad i did, Emma is great really friendly and the cut colour, blow dry everything was spot on would definitely recommend.
