I had my appointment with Ewelina, she is an absolutely star! She listened, did colour and cut perfectly as I wanted. I also had hair repair with olaplex. my hair is like a dream still after 6 weeks. highly recommended!
I had a Hair appointment booked in today, i reached 5 minutes before my appointment. When I walked in i was asked what hair dresser I was with and told he was not in yet and told to wait in the waiting area. Another lady walked in who works at the salon but was not working today and said that the hair dresser that was supposed to be doing my hair his car wasn’t starting up this morning. I was sat there embarrassed as i was being asked what I wanted to do, instead of other arrangements being made to give an end to end service to a customer.
I was told that they were aware since 10am in the morning that the hair dressers car was not starting up, so it would have only been common decency to let me know as my appointment time got closer that The hair dresser was not going to be there. When i asked the lady why she did not let me know earlier, she explained that it is because the hairdresser had not got back to her with what was going on, extremely poor communication! The lady apologised and said there is nothing more she can do.I think this is extremely poor communication and was a complete waste of time for me. It was my first time at this salon after a recommendation and definitely will be my last.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Evelina! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely looked after. My haircut and blow-dry were absolutely flawless — easily the best I’ve ever had. Evelina truly understood what I wanted and somehow made it even better than I imagined.

I had been looking to change my hairdressers for a while. I came across this salon after searching online. After reading the reviews and looking at the photos I decided to give it a try. Bernie was very friendly and professional. She adjusted my colours and highlights to her recommendations and the results were amazing. She is a perfectionist and cut my hair with such attention to detail. I love my new haircut. Can’t recommend this place and bernie enough. Very pleased with the whole experience
Absolutely fantastic experience getting my hair coloured for the first time here. My stylist Berni was so patient and understanding with me although I was extremely nervous at first having my hair done for the first time. She really listened to all of my wishes and worked with me in a thoughtful and skilful way. Berni’s work is meticulous and beautiful, unlike any other stylist’s work I’ve seen before.
