Basically respected if you look a certain way in my opinion. Been decorating so looked a tad scruffy… Fancied a pamper….Came in, considering the size of the salon (smaller scale) you’d expect a greet, baring in mind the owner was near the doorway talking already to the other ladies, i waited a tad but the conversation began between two customers and not her, yet at that point still not even said hello, i wanted a price list, asked who was in charge clearly needed to…. The Lady with the brush she then spoke. Yeah i’m a bussiness owner myself, you’d just lost a regular customer for the lack of customer service, felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome…. Seeked elsewhere now.

I had my first visit at Blossom today and was booked in for a Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage, an express facial and a scalp massage with Ashleigh. I’ve used a lot of massage therapists before now and I can hands down say this was the best by far. A lot of massages can sometimes feel a bit underwhelming but Ashleigh really made me feel like she knew what she was doing and worked the knots in my back and shoulders hard! A good kind of pain that gave a lasting relief later in the day. The room she uses is lovely; perfectly lit, quiet and relaxing inside a welcoming, clean salon. The bed is comfortable and I could have easily drifted off to sleep. The facial was really enjoyable and I loved the smell and feel of the products on my skin. The add on scalp massage was well worth the add on to the facial and really relaxed me. Everything about today was brilliant from the welcome to the heated towels to wash away product and the chilled bottle of water at the end. I visited today as Ashleigh was offering 50% off treatments which is a fantastic offer for what you get. Wouldn’t think twice about paying full.
