I was given a treatment for 14 weeks without a sngle follow up! When I finished my treatment and told them that my skin got worsen they asked me to come to the clinic. During the appointment I was told that a follow up would be made with me and to wait until they get an answer from Obagi clinic.
No one every contacted me. They kept ignoring my emails and now they even lied by telling that I didn’t use th products correctly while I followed every single step in the morning and evening!
A shame! I paid 590 GBP to get my skin worse!!!!!!
To conclude:
I received no medical follow-up during or after the treatment,
The treatment made my skin worse
My emails and call were ignored,
And the overall quality of service was far below what was expected and promised.
TO AVOID!!
Great treatment and service, the consultations are thorough and it’s helpful to talk through your treatment with highly trained medical professionals.
I feel in very safe hands here and the reception team are very organised, friendly and helpful too.

Couldn’t recommend the academy enough I was nervous as I’ve had a bad experience in the past (not at this clinic) the staff are brilliant and so friendly they put my mind at ease right away. ANDDD MY LIPS LOOK AMAZING!!!! Cannot thank them enough will definitely be back again!! My new favourite place!!
