Two stars for the effort of the staff which were very lovely, other than that, a very unpleasant experience.

To shop for make up I need to think, then I start to feel like I am being followed as if I’m there to shoplift. I understand it’s not personal and the staff is following orders. I have avoided super drug in a loooong time because I have had this guy following me everywhere once and I hated it so badly.

Staff wearing BODYCAMS were the actual end for me. Bless them. Is it their responsibility to confront shop lifters? Unionise, people!!

If the shop actually made the testers available they could just lock all the products away and people would probably buy them more! Almost none of the testers for elf available, for example.

I didn’t buy what I was looking for because I couldn’t see try right tone for my skin.
I am blessed that I can afford something a bit more expensive and went to Sephora next door and got a full face done by someone really chilled and looked at the expensive products for aaaages without having the feeling that someone wanted to sniff my neck the whole time.
Ended up spending more but having a much much nicer experience.

Got my ears pierced in here last week by a lovely lady with exceptional customer service, I believe her name is Nadia? She was so so friendly, informative and really made me feel at ease. There was quite a cue for treatments and Nadia was doing them all alone but she remained so positive and organised ensuring all us customers were happy 🙂 She also gave great tips in terms of caring for my fresh piercings, which I had never been told when getting past piercings. This has really helped as it’s so noticeable how much better these piercing are healing and not getting infected in comparison to all my previous, so thank you Nadia I am super grateful, you were wonderful! 🥰
