I’d like to share my daughter’s experience. We arrived at the salon late in the day without an appointment, but they still agreed to help my daughter, who wanted a bangs haircut. The woman who greeted us and the one who washed my daughter’s hair were super friendly, but the woman who cut my daughter’s hair was very harsh and ruined her hair. Imagine, my daughter just wanted bangs cut and left with bangs in the middle of her forehead, the opposite of the photo they showed to those who were going to cut her hair. I’ve never seen anyone cut their hair like that. I think if I had cut them at home, I would have avoided this trauma in my daughter’s life.

Me, and my two sisters came here last minute after asking for a booking on call 📞 during the evening and they still gave us all an appointment less than 2 hours later at 4:30pm.

When we arrived they were very friendly despite my younger sister being a toddler and running about but they were very calm about it. During her haircut my sister was a bit frightened but the lady was so, so patient and made her be comfortable and took her time.

My hair was very thin due to stressing etc and I was very scared what they would say but they didn’t judge me and treated me equally to everyone else. The lady is very talented she made me fall in love with my own hair again, I never imagined my hair to look this good again 😭.

Honestly I recommend this salon with my entire heart 🫶🏼, make sure to visit them they are just so kind and will get you whichever haircut you are looking for.
