ive been here 4 times before for lash lifts and tints and usually had pretty good results just the staff are not welcoming at all. but this last visit was really disappointing. I arrived for an appointment I booked online, and as soon as I walked in they told me the lady wasn’t in and I’d need to rebook and they said theyd called me “so many times” but i hadnt got any calls from them. It was my birthday weekend so I really needed it done, and they were rude and pushy about it, trying to make it seem like it was my fault. Eventually they agreed to sort it out. They had someone else do my lashes and the whole process felt really rough. The chemicals and brushing were so aggressive that my eyes were sore and sensitive for days which is not normal. The results were honestly awful. one eye has lashes pointing down and out so you can barely see them, and the other eye is over-curled into almost a circle. There was even dye spilled on my face (which is usual and not ok!) leaving black stains under my eye and eyebrow. I left really upset trying not to cry!! especially since this was meant for my birthday celebrations and they still charged full price and were super rude. Definitely not the experience I’ve had here before and I won’t be coming back.
Just moved to Ashton. Was really nervous having to change my hair salon/colour from my usual regular one in Kent which I had been going to the last 6-7 years. Moni really put me at ease, discussed and recommended the best hair colour to suit me, did my full package of colour, wash, cut and blowdry. Her curly blowdry was fabulous and I am really happy with it. Will definitely be coming back!
I have been going to Singhar in Ashton for many years but today the lady (blonde colour in her hair) who threaded my eyebrows has not done it correctly. It looked okay in the salon as I felt rushed but when I got home it didn’t look right and one looks thinner than the other. Some of the ladies are good at the salon but I definitely won’t be going back to this lady. She did a rubbish job! If you don’t know how to thread someone’s eyebrows properly then you shouldn’t even be working there. Very disappointed indeed!!!
I don’t usually come here as I’m not from the area however I was Visiting family. I had my eyebrows threaded and baby hair near my neck waxed. First of all, they are very overpriced £16 for all this. I did not say anything however I have just looked in the mirror today and I have so many baby hairs that have not been threaded under my eyebrow. Really annoyed as I go on holiday in two days and now I will have to go back to my usual salon to get them redone. What a waste of time and money
I had a wonderful experience at Singhar Beauty Salon! Mani did my haircut, and I absolutely loved it. She was professional, friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. The result was even better than I expected. Highly recommend this salon – I’ll definitely be coming back!
