I love this Selfridges. It’s my favourite. I always go here when I come to Manchester buy gifts for myself get spoilt in the store the staff it’s nice and helpful here on the security. I love the store so much makes me feel special. Spend all my money on myself
Selfridges at Exchange Square is always a pleasure to visit. The store is bright, beautifully laid out, and easy to navigate, with a great mix of luxury brands and everyday favourites. Staff are consistently welcoming and knowledgeable, and you never feel rushed — they strike the right balance between being helpful and giving you space.
The beauty and fragrance sections are especially well organised, and the food hall downstairs is a nice bonus if you want a treat or a quick bite. Everything feels clean, modern, and well maintained, and the whole place has that polished Selfridges atmosphere.
A standout department store in the city centre and one of the best places in Manchester for a relaxed, high‑quality shopping trip.
Visited Louis Vuitton men’s and then the ladies store. It was a bit busy as you would expect on a Saturday afternoon but after a little wait we managed to get what we came for with a great help from Henry. His customer service was impeccable.
Large store with lots of stuff you don’t see much of but way overpriced on lots of items especially alcohol, wanted a nice bottle of rum which was about £55 did a quick search online and could get the exact same item from a few stores including amazon for £35. Seems your paying a lot more just to walk round with your stuff in a selfridges bag. Saying that we did get 2 scotch eggs from the deli bit which were reduced to half price and they were really nice but would not of paid £4.49 each at full price
Hannah from Skims was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care truly stood out something so rare these days. She made the whole experience feel effortless and positive, and I’m so grateful for her support. People like Hannah you are a treasure.
