From walking into the salon for the first time I was greeted by extremely polite staff who made me feel welcomed. I was also offered a drink instantly. Biaba was a fantastic stylist who listened to what I wanted but also when I asked her for her opinion, told me what she thought. Overall the experience was 5/5, I love my new hair and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you!
My experience at Saks in Bolton was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome and cared for. Cheryl, my stylist, completely understood my needs and translated them into a beautiful result that feels both natural and polished. She combined genuine attentiveness with real artistry — I couldn’t have asked for better.
A special mention also to the lovely young woman who washed my hair and did the prep — her gentle touch and calm manner set the perfect tone for the appointment. The whole visit felt effortless and refined, and I left feeling refreshed, confident, and delighted with my hair. A truly exceptional salon experience.
Biaba was my hairdresser today. She was polite, warm, and friendly, with a calm demeanour. She was very professional and highly skilled in handling my hair. She did my hair exactly the way I wanted, with a lot of care.
I will definitely come back again and would highly recommend her services.
Thank you to the Salon being flexible given personal circumstances. Emma was amazing, the facial and body scrub was ridiculously relaxing. Its my first body scrub really enjoyed it and the facial was the best one I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back.
A few weeks ago I made an appointment with the top stylist at this Salon named Cheryl. Firstly I must say the Salon is nowhere near how it looks in size and glamour as its picture. However, I stood at Reception for a good 10 minutes without any reaction from the Receptionist who was chatting with another girl. It was Cheryl who called to me from the Salon. I explained exactly what I was looking for style-wise and Cheryl said that is tops you know exactly what you want. She asked the junior to wash my hair, that was when the nightmare began. I have had several hairstylists over the many years but this girl had absolutely no idea how to wash hair and when it came to the head massage, it was unbelievable the pressure that she continually kept pressing into my head I thought she was going to rip my hair out. Never have I had my hair washed like that. She needs to be trained properly. That was not all, she then moved the hand held water and brought it forward so it completely drenched my jumper all down the back, with a quick “Oh sorry”. I went over to Cheryl still in disbelief. I must say Cheryl did my hair perfect. The cut and result was absolutely perfect BUT I had to ring up and leave a message that unfortunately I would not be coming back. I had a headache for 2 days after the juniors so called head massage and Receptionists need to know how to greet a client instead of ignoring them. So unfortunately I cannot recommend this Salon, greatly disappointed. But Cheryl was fantastic and did exactly as I asked. But I think Cheryl needs to have a word with certain staff and show how a hair wash should be a relaxing enjoyable event.
