I asked for layers and a fringe that wouldn’t be shorter at the back. What I got was the exact opposite. The haircut has three very obvious, disconnected layers with no blending, and the front is longer than the back.
I was initially happy because it was styled in a way that completely hid the problems, but the very next day I couldn’t believe what I was left with. I honestly couldn’t believe I had paid that much for such a poor haircut. I’ve been to this salon before, so I don’t know what happened this time.
Even now, the haircut makes my hair hard to manage and frustrating to style every single day.
Our 6 year old daughter was feeling very anxious about going to the hairdressers but Ella and other staff at Saints were absolutely brilliant. Right from the start everyone was so friendly and put our daughter at ease, and during the cut Ella was just fabulous- treating our daughter with care and kindness, giving time to talk to our daughter directly and to listen to what she wanted (and checking in with me as mum too!) – our daughter came away with a gorgeous haircut and a massive smile on her face! She even said that she can’t wait to go back next time!
It was my first time visiting Saints the other day, Ella did my blow dry and she did an amazing job. She was super friendly, and her and her colleagues made me feel so welcome and relaxed in the salon. Will definitely be back + will be recommending to other curly haired girls as it’s so rare to find a salon that cuts and styles textured hair in liverpool. Thank you x
Ella did a wonderful job with my hair and was a lovely person. She was caring and asked me several times to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t need anything. I would recomment her and Saints to anyone who asked and will definitely be going back.
truly wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. I was especially impressed that they use Davines products—such a fantastic touch! I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit. Highly recommended!
