I asked for a long bob to my shoulders! It was cut short and styled tucked under which I personally don’t like (I realised after, this might have been done to hide the cut). I was disappointed at the length but hair grows. It just is not what I asked for.
I washed and straightened it. I think the pictures are pretty self explanatory. It is upsetting. This was the senior stylist.
Love my hair! So happy with the result, my hair looks so healthy and shiny now. The service was great, quick but felt listened to and taken care of the whole time will be coming back!
I didn’t have the impression that the hairdresser was technically very skilled in doing the haircut. As far as the blow drying she straightened my hair, which is normally curly and dry, however it was fuzzy after a few hours. She should have probably worked on it a lot more. Overall, I don’t feel it was worth the price

What can I say … it’s the most beautiful experience for me in any salon. The ambiance the girls and their services are the BEST . It’s my first visit their and they treat me like a regular customer and offer a beverage too. Just remarkable
