Very unhappy they charged me £27 for my 11yr old sons dry cut and when I challenged them they said they charge as directed by Regis and basically told me I should have asked the cost first 😳 quite rude ! however when I contacted another Regis salon in the area they disagreed and stated that the price was unreasonable and told me to contact customer services, I tried but the number online failed and also the email provided . I’m absolutely disgusted I’m their attitude and view on the matter . And the haircut wasn’t even that good nothing at all like the pic I showed her pics below show before the pic of the cut desired and after .

I’m 58 and never had such a bad haircut as I got from there .I have short hair not cropped short he had a style well it did before I went in ,I said as it is now just shaping up please ,she was a nice girl but I don’t think great experience in hair ,she cut it all over as it was wet I couldn’t tell what she was doing .I’d asked for a cut and blow dry ,she didn’t use a brush just blast dried it ,I wasn’t happy but thought ill was and dry it when I get in , I had to go to a little hairdressers were I live it was so bad not and part was blened in one side was longer than the other not anypart was good ,I rang and said I was so unhappy a lady said you should come back in I didn’t have time to drive back into birkenhead we were going camping I wore a baseball cap whole weekend, going to have to grow it to get a decent style back £39 for a terrible hack job and a blast dry thanks for nothing
