Sent a photo to the salon Facebook page asking if they could do a design, got a reply to say yes they could and it would be £40. I went in the next day for the lady to try twice and tell me she couldn’t do them and she’d never tried before, she asked if I wanted anything else – I had a Quick Look then said no as I’d been there 2 hours already (they were busy waiting wasn’t an issue) and she had another lady waiting for her set. She could tell by my reaction I was disappointed and still charged me £35 for a pink French tip that I wasn’t happy with. I messaged the owner which she read and ignored then I got a reply back to the next day basically saying she couldn’t do anything, I also messaged the shop page to get ignored. I had to spend another £28 going to a shop that could do the design I wanted. If the woman working there had of been honest from the start I would have either chose a different design or gone to the 2nd shop and saved myself money! No refund offered or anything. Just got told to go back to the shop and ask for 2 3D flowers! Won’t be going again.
