Had my nails done here for the first ever time and the staff was extremely kind and caring. They made sure I liked the colours, the design and reassured that they were willing to redo if it wasn’t what I wanted. Extra points to Sujana for her patience and for being super talented !!
Went to get my nails done for the first time in 6-7 years and I’m honestly glad, I chose gel nails on my natural length and explained I have autism and they were gentle and understanding with me, my last experience years ago I was hurt by the technician but this lady was amazing and gentle.
I’ll definitely be returning.

The service at Prive beauty is gold standard, after having been to a few clinics beforehand and not having good experiences with little to no results, i was very nervous coming here however at my consultation, Imane made me feel at ease and explained everything and answered any questions i had with a lot of knowledge. I went ahead with laser hair removal and i am so glad i did! I noticed results from my first session, and was very glad as i have not seen this before at other clinics i have previously been too. Imane and Aga are both very friendly and accommodating, they go to all extents to make sure you are comfortable and happy. Aga has also explained fluency throughout my laser sessions and explained settings and wavelengths. You can tell evidently they do what they love, and how important quality and client care is. Both Imane and Aga are very kind, knowledgable, thoughtful and attentive. I have had 5 treatments now with the full body laser, and have not had to shave for two months i am so impressed with the results! Thank you once again both! Would highly recommend to everyone, top quality service and affordable prices. I am definitely coming back for further treatments and this will be my go to place.
