I had my hair done by Grace today . She did such a beautiful job and took so much care and attention to get everything just right. You’d never know she was still training — she was confident, professional, and made me feel completely relaxed. On top of that, she was so lovely to chat with — friendly, polite, and genuinely passionate about what she’s doing. I left feeling fantastic! She’s definitely got a bright future ahead of her. 💇♀️✨ Keep believing in yourself Grace. You are now my forever hairdresser. A real credit to Prestige. I hope they value youre talent 😊

Fantastic experience at Prestige in Lancaster! I was very nervous about having my hair cut for the first time in 2 years and also deciding to have it professionally coloured for the first time ever! Ellie Leack was wonderful! I can’t recommend her enough! I’ll definitely be going back! It was a wonderful pampering experience and my hair looks gorgeous! The best it’s ever been! The shade of purple is perfect!

I have continued to come back here for all my beauty and hair needs. I had a laser hair removal treatment course with Emma, which has been fantastic! No more shaving for me!
I bring my children here for their haircuts too, so we all enjoy a pampering. We usually try to get Izzy when we can as she’s our favourite, but everyone we’ve had has been lovely. Neve is also a favourite of ours and Matthew. I highly recommend them.
My son had really long hair and an awkward double crown. We went to Darryl because of his great reputation and he did not disappoint. He did exactly as my son asked and we are both over the moon with the result. We won’t go anywhere else now
Visited Prestige Salon today, for me it was much more than a hair cut, my hair was very long, i wanted my hair to reflect who i really am, which meant i wanted it very short..Reece was absolutely amazing, he got what i wanted , i panicked, he was so understanding and genuinely cared that i got what i wanted, as did his colleague. They take there time . Can honestly say its the best salon ive ever visited. Thank you for being so patient with me. Reece i most definitely owe ya a pint ! Can’t recommend highly enough
Holly did a complete restyle on my hair and it was exactly what I wanted. She was really friendly and made me feel welcome. I absolutely love my new hair!
