I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. During my consultation, I was asked about my inspiration for my hair color, and I showed a reference. I clearly explained that I wanted a warm balayage with a soft face-framing and emphasized that I didn’t want anything thick.
However, the result was nothing like what I requested: my hair ended up with orange tones and the top section was left dark, without the face-framing I asked for.
I later called to request a correction. They gave me another appointment with the same stylist. I explained again that the face-framing I originally requested had not been done. After a long discussion, she “agreed” to fix it… but the result was a thick block of color at the front, in a completely different shade. If this was meant to be a correction, I honestly would have preferred they hadn’t touched it.
I’ve spent more time and money trying to fix my hair after this experience. Overall, it has been very frustrating, and I cannot recommend this salon based on what I went through.
I recently visited this new hair salon and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The salon itself was spotless and well-organized, which really put me at ease. I had my hair done by an apprentice, and I must say, they did a fantastic job! The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service provided. My only wish is that they accepted card payments, as I had to arrange a bank transfer while visiting family here in Manchester. Nonetheless, the team was patient and understanding throughout the process. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for great service and a friendly atmosphere!
I had such a great experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. My stylist really listened to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The attention to detail was amazing, and the end result was even better than I imagined – my hair looks and feels fantastic!

Had my hair cut here a couple of months ago and it was a disaster. First of all it was cut way shorter than I asked for, wanted it on my shoulders and it was up to my chin! Wanted a straight cut but it was longer on the right and 2 inches longer at the back. Had to go back in to get it fixed, which it was but it wasn’t an easy conversation and wasn’t even offered a refund. Such a shame as I’m local and wanted a good salon but have absolutely no trust in these guys now.
