I had a massage with Fede and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Her technique was amazing, firm yet relaxing and I left feeling completely renewed. The clinic and the room is spotless, cosy and calming with soothing music. I’ll definitely be back and definitely recommend Fede to anyone looking for a great therapist in a great location.
I started working with Sarah a few months ago on an EMDR & Somatic therapy package. I didn’t know what to really expect nor did I think it was going to do much just because I have a long history of built up trauma but I was completely wrong!
I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to work with. Sarah has been a calming presence in each and every session, she has filled my cup every single time even when I was at my lowest she never failed to make me believe in myself. I have absolutely loved working with Sarah & if it wasn’t for my own personal circumstances I would continue working with Sarah until I was completely healed. In the short time I had therapy, I can see so much progress and this is all thanks to Sarah. She has taught me numerous Somatic exercises which I still use now my therapy has come to an end. I recently booked a deep tissue massage with Fede, who provided a unique experience with impeccable service. As soon as I arrived and met Fede, I felt an atmosphere of complete relaxation. The room was also clean and immaculate. As a therapist she is phenomenonal. The experience was wonderful. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I will definitely be back.
My lymphatic drainage massage with Elaine was a lovely relaxing experience and she made me feel super comfortable as it was my first time having one. She was very kind and the room itself was warm and cosy.
Phenomenal massage with Helena in a relaxing and calming atmosphere. Helena was thoughtful and massaged me with care. I felt completely safe and at ease in her hands. It was exactly what I needed. Highly recommend.
