Been to many hairdressers in Wigan but stuck with Norman and Phillips for the past 10 years as its simply the best and most consistent had most of the different stylists cut my hair and its perfect each time. Would definitely recommend! Right across from a bus stop and between two train stations so transport wise its maybe one of the most accessible parts of the whole town.
This is such a good hairdressers. I have been going for years. Kezie colours my hair and her attention to detail is amazing. There is such a friendly atmosphere.
