Whenever I get the opportunity to de-stress and get rid of tension, tightness and discomfort, Nam Tip Thai is my first choice every time. Mina is my favourite therapist. Highly recommend.
When the first therapist arrived, she acknowledged how cold the room was, and I asked her to turn on the heating. Instead, she brought me blankets. My legs and hands were freezing. Eventually, she turned on the heat, but then another therapist took over. She turned off the heat and insisted I would be fine with just the blanket. She completely ignored my discomfort. It was the first day of snow, and the temperature was around 0 degrees. After going there for three years, I won’t be returning. Additionally, instead of apologising for their behaviour, they tried to create the impression that I was exaggerating the issue in my review on Treatwell. When I wrote 5-star reviews, you were fine! Their therapist came into the room, and she said that it was so cold. They turned on the heating after I insisted it was too cold, and the second therapist came after 10-15 minutes. She turned it off and told me that I was fine. I was going for 3 years there, so why didn’t I complain again? Only that you try to create false impressions for clients who trusted you for years instead of admitting your fault says everything… I wouldn’t write a review here, your response made me.Admit that you did something wrong and just don’t do it again, simple as that! I believe this behavior was based on the fact that I was a regular customer and they took me for granted…
I recently had a wonderful Thai massage session with my daughter with Meena and Gin. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and relaxing. Both therapists were incredibly friendly, professional, kind, and attentive to our needs.
I had been struggling with some muscle pain around my neck and upper back, and after the massage, I felt so much relief. My body felt lighter, more flexible, and deeply relaxed. Meena and Gin truly have healing hands! My daughter also loved her experience and felt rejuvenated afterwards.

Had a great neck, back and shoulders massage today, I really feel rejuvenated, more pain free and relaxed. Relaxing and calm atmosphere, good communication from venue beforehand (they rang me to confirm my appointment and also to let me know they were running behind a bit) and during the appointment (checking that I was comfortable, warm enough etc.) all very clean, tidy and professional. I think my therapist worked about 20 years of stress out of body in just one hour! Thank you so much, I will be coming back again!
Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Place was super clean and warm. Charlie was incredibly friendly and professional, and made the whole experience feel completely tailored to me. I left feeling so relaxed and looked after — will definitely be back.
