Shocking customer service Owner and hairstylists talk negatively behind customers backs, charge for fixing mistakes, and have a disregard for customers time. I have had 3 negative experiences here, with the last one having me swear never to return. The stylist had me waiting 30min before she started while chatting to the owner about another client that had just left. It took 4+ hrs to complete highlights. Shocked by the quality of the highlights (with colour blocks in numerous noticeable places) I called immediately to report the issue and arranged for a repair. I had to postpone this appointment because I could not find another 4+ hrs to waste until 2 wks later. This was not ideal considering the state of my hair however I remained positive and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I was met by a hostile stylists who did however agree my hair looked poor. The stylist repeated highlights minimally and blow dried my hair, while the owner announced I owed £££! When questioned she stated that I am being charged because it’s been 2 wks and, because it cost them product and time. Regrettably I paid, but horrified by the customer service I will definitely not recommend or return.

Both my sons came here as couldnt find a decent barber, friendly staff especially louise who makes you feel at home instantly.Both sons very happy, will come here all the time now would highly recommend to anyone deffo need mur than 5stars. ….. My 6 year old daughter had her nails done here too and was treated like a princess …fab for hair and nails.

First time here. Lovely staff, and great hair cut and blow. Will definitely be back. Lovely clean salon and reasonable as well xx
