Lovely Bulgarian gentleman did my hair today, just how I like it. Will definitely go again. Short hair, blonde highlights, dark roots, and a trim. Happy woman.

We came in today for my son’s usual dry cut. Ari is seven and has non-verbal autism, meaning that he often stims or can occasionally twitch. This has never been a problem in his past appointments, and it is worth mentioning that Natalie has always cut his hair to the highest standard possible. She is always very kind towards my son, and he enjoys her company every time we attend. Unfortunately, Natalie wasn’t free to cut his hair today as she was with another client. I don’t know her name, but a lady with dark hair cut his hair instead. As you can see, she has butchered it. He looks like a coconut that’s been hit with a strimmer. When I told her I was extremely unhappy with how his hair had been cut, she tried to blame her lack of basic hair dressing skills on the fact that Ari moved once or twice during the hair cut. I was sat next to my son the entire time and can confirm this did not happen, and that she is just very bad at her job- and even worse at lying. Thankfully we have six weeks of the summer holidays to grow out his fringe, but her lack of talent with hair now means we can’t get any pictures of him enjoying the sun without laughing. Not sure who is paying this woman to work at Moda, but please stop. You are owed a refund for her wages because she does not deserve them.
