Every member of staff in lush was so welcoming and genuinely lovely, but Elizabeth absolutely captivated my children. She was warm, kind, funny and made the experience feel magical for them.
The kids had the best time choosing products, learning how they were made and trying things out. They left with pink hands and full hearts!!! Thank you so much 🥰💖
I had such a wonderful experience at LUSH today! It was my daughter’s very first time in a LUSH store, and it’s safe to say I’ve found her new happy place. 💕
Rosie, one of the team members, was an absolute delight — so kind, patient, and genuinely excited to show my little one around. She went above and beyond to make it fun, letting my daughter explore and play with the products. Her favourite by far was the adorable Octopus Shower Jelly! 🐙
Thank you, LUSH (and especially Rosie), for making our visit so special. We left with big smiles, a bag full of goodies, and a new little LUSH fan in the making! 🌈✨
My girls attended on Saturday a Halloween party at Lush called Mad Scientist Laboratory and loved it. From my point, was so worth it. Sara and Nowal were amazing. They made this hour so much fun, interesting and very messy. I just heard lots of laughter. My daughter’s made a bathbombs which they took back home. A lot better than just pick one at the shop floor. They got extra bits as well. Thank you very much for making their day. Girls still talking about it and wanting to do it all over again.

Recently attended my first Lush workshop which had bath bomb making and card designing. Both Rachel and Shannon were absolutely fantastic, they made the session so relaxing, fun and engaging. Everyone had a lovely time and I can’t wait to attend more events! Rachel, thankyou so much for your kindness and unmatched generosity, I genuinely appreciate it a lot and hope you get all the more appreciation you very much deserve! 💝
I’d never been in a Lush store before, so today was my first visit. I honestly had no idea what I was looking for, just a mission to find something my friend would love for Valentine’s Day, armed only with the information that “anything fruity smells amazing” according to her!
After walking in and feeling completely overwhelmed by how many beautiful options there were, I asked for some help from an absolutely amazing colleague named Chloe. She was so friendly, welcoming, and chatty, and she instantly made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable instead of stressful. We even shared a few laughs while she helped me pick out the perfect Valentine’s gifts.
I probably spent more than I planned to….but honestly, it was such a fun (and funny!) first shopping experience that I don’t even mind. I’ll definitely be back when the next occasion comes around.
And Chloe, thank you so much for all your help and kindness! 🙏🏻
