2 years ago I lost my ‘forever’ hairdresser who just ‘knew’ how I liked my hair and just did it right every time. I really didn’t know if I’d find anyone like her again and have faith and confidence in my hairdresser, until I booked with Emma. She immediately picked up what I wanted (and didnt) and I came away with a cut and colour I was thrilled with. Emma clearly has experience and expertise and is great to chat with too. So pleased. Always use louisa johns for our cuts and colours. The staff are always so knowledgeable and freindly. More recently had a pedicure with Maddie which was wonderful. Highly recommend, left feeling very relaxed and pampered !
Was a little apprehensive as it’s been a while since I last visited a hairdresser. I needn’t have worried. The salon was very welcoming and Emma was so friendly and helpful. She listened to what I wanted, gave some great advice and I’m so pleased with my new haircut.
