I never post that many upsetting reviews, but I just wanted to say I’m a bit upset in my lash lift. Especially as a student, spending almost 50 pounds was in hopes of getting the lash lifts on the instagram page. Mine turned out not lifted at all with some up some down, and some bent over to the side. Initially after doing them they looked decent, but after stepping out for 5 mins they started bending and turning frizzy. I’m not sure if this was a one time thing and they usually do them super well, but I’m really upset.
Lilly was fab, I’ve never had lashes done before and I am so happy with how they look. Lovely beauty salon will definitely go back and recommend!! Xx
I had booked a pedicure appointment in advance and even prepaid for the service, but I ended up waiting for around 20 minutes before being attended to. Since the amount was already paid, I couldn’t just leave.
The person who did my pedicure didn’t seem concerned about my comfort at all. The chair was quite uncomfortable, and even after I mentioned it several times, she didn’t bother to adjust it or help me. I was also offered a coffee only after 25 minutes of waiting.
Overall, I was really disappointed — especially since I had made a reservation expecting better service and attention to detail. Definitely not the relaxing experience I was hoping for.
My first time getting my nails done at Linh Beauty and I’m impressed. I first messaged on instagram with queries as I haven’t had my nails done in so many years and they were so helpful in giving me the information I needed. I got my nails done today and Zara made me feel so welcome. I felt nervous with not knowing exactly what I needed or what would suit my nails but she made me feel at ease and asked if I was happy with them throughout. In love with my new nails and I can’t wait to visit again!
