I made a booking online and was immediately contacted by the person saying she was on leave for a month and wouldn’t be available. Since I didn’t want to wait, I asked to cancel and requested a refund. She agreed — but nothing happened after that. No refund, and now she’s stopped responding altogether.
Be careful and avoid making any payments online.
Great hairdresser! Friendly, listened to what I wanted, and gave me a lovely haircut. I’m very pleased with how my hair looks!
While Velichka is an absolutely lovely woman, I think she is limited in terms of hair cuts she can do. My haircut was uneven and not similiar to the picture I showed her for reference. I would not go here for a haircut again
Waste of time.
I booked a haircut almost 2 weeks before hand, in my note I specified that I wished for the cut to be done as a trim for a mullet. Just a trim.
They call me ON THE DAY of the booking (2 hours before) to tell me “they can’t do that style because they won’t do it right”. You had days to tell me this or even better, you can put it on a note on the website! Absolute waste of time. They are not equipped or experienced haircuts. I bet they just woke up and didn’t feel like doing it because why do you wait until the day instead of seeing it when it comes through and cancelling it???
Incompetent people.
