Jonique was firstly very welcoming and thoughtful. Testing my hair firstly to ensure it didnt snap and the product worked on my hair. I felt very relaxed throughout and Jonique new what she was doing. I had the hair staightening whcih you cant find anywhere else in Lancaster and the resulta are fabulous! Exactly what I needed to feel great! From frizzy wavy hair to sleek smooth straight hair. I was very impressed and will be going again. Thank you Jonique! ☆☆☆☆☆

I had my first appointment with Bose today and I was so impressed! She is so friendly and welcoming, and she took the time to really listen to what I wanted before and during the appointment. I had my microlocs install today and she made me feel so comfortable. She did an amazing job and I’m so happy with my new hair. I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment.
The owner is a friendly and polite person, and knows how to take very good care of hair.
She provided useful information on how to better care for my kind of hair and the kind of styles and styling techniques that will put less stress on my hair type.
Her beauty parlour is very clean, and the toilet was pristine.
I enjoyed my appointment with her.
Update:
I returned to get kinky hair extension braids. Loved it too.
the lady who did my hair was quite aggressive in doing so and her braiding was excessively tight. Very inconsiderate considerate of those with tender scalps. wouldn’t recommend that specific braider at all.
