From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel at ease and welcome. I was given a wealth of information in a way that was easy to digest, and I never felt rushed. I had plenty of time to ask questions, which helped me feel fully prepared for the experience.

One unexpected but welcome aspect of the treatment was learning about my chakras. This was a new experience for me, but it added a meaningful layer to the treatment. The Ark itself is designed to bring your body’s ecosystem into balance, promoting mental clarity and a sense of holistic calm. As an over-thinker, I initially found it harder to relax once inside the chamber, but after a little while, I was able to let myself settle in. The experience turned out to be quite profound. I had some vivid visualisations, which seemed to stem from my subconscious or thoughts about future events. It was largely positive, humbling even, and I felt a deep sense of contemplation afterward.

When I came out of the chamber, I felt refreshed and somewhat physically relaxed, though I did wish I had been in there longer since I took some time to settle into it. That was more down to me rather than the treatment itself. Both before and after, I was assessed, and the data showed interesting changes, most of which were positive and reflected an upturn in my overall state of mind.

Overall, I would highly recommend The Ark, especially for those at the very least curious. The staff were fantastic as expected, I’m already looking forward to further treatments to track my progress and readdress some of my own imbalances. Thank you.

I have used the services of JoJo Aesthetics for many years now. Most recently, I have used The Ark – the only one in the UK. Staff calculate your biometrics beforehand then you slip into a state of relaxation/meditation inside the machine, which focuses on enhancing the bodies energy fields and auras. It’s super interesting and you feel a weird sense of calm and positivity, especially after the second session. I have noticed a huge difference in how I have been handling minor life inconveniences / challenges that would usually stress me out. I have slept so much better since using The Ark and I get up in a more positive mood, ready to face the day. My biometrics have increased and I’m no longer in a constant state of stress. I would definitely recommend this service.
