I’ve been going to Shaun Frew for nearly 25 years and he is simply the best. He always listens to what I need, is attentive, and such a lovely person to chat with. He’s a loyal hairdresser who always looks after me, and his genuine smile and warm, hospitable nature make every visit a pleasure.
Some notable looks he’s created for me was when I wanted to donate my hair to charity and he took such care of my hair before and after the big chop – I loved it! Shaun always treats my mum and youngest sister so well too.
Shaun has been at Jo and Cass for 16 years now, and I couldn’t be happier. The salon has a beautiful view over Preston, a great location, and a welcoming atmosphere where you can see everyone is genuinely happy. Over the years, Shaun has recommended haircare products and hairdryers that have always served me brilliantly.
I can’t recommend Shaun and Jo and Cass enough – a truly wonderful experience every time.
My daughter and I visited Jo and Cass for the first time today. We were extremely impressed by our experience and left the salon happy and pampered. Amy cut and styled my hair and was very professional and friendly. She struck the perfect balance between what I wanted and what I needed and the outcome was amazing. Katie cut my daughter’s hair and again, her whole experience was fabulous. Thank you also to the other members of the team who looked after us this morning.
Great experience from booking online to arriving in the salon. Located in the heart of Preston is convenient for bus/train or car parking. The salon is beautifully decorated, opulent and inviting. The hair washing station offers massage chairs to relax into which are fantastic. The staff are friendly and professional. My hair was cut exactly as I wanted it and the price was really reasonable. If you want a salon that offers a top class service without a ridiculous price tag then this is it. I will be returning again and would highly recommend.
Visited Jo & Cass for the first time today! I can honestly say it was an excellent experience across the board!! Amy was absolutely brilliant! What a lovely lady, put me at ease straight away! She actually “listened” unlike some of my past experiences with hairdressers! She advised and suggested and my end result was brilliant!! I had a cut, colour, lowlights and blow dry and I can honestly say it was perfect!! Thank you very much Amy for making my first visit extremely enjoyable!!! You have restored my faith in stylists!! Shaun is incredibly professional, skilled, and friendly, and he always makes sure my hair looks and feels its best. The salon itself is beautiful and welcoming, with a relaxing atmosphere and top-quality products that truly care for the health of your hair.
One of my favourite touches is the massage chairs at the wash stations — such a treat! The whole experience is consistently excellent, and the team clearly values quality and customer care. Highly recommend.
