Had my 1st visit yesterday and have to say, Charlotte was so lovely and welcoming. I don’t live near but due to the reviews I had read took a chance and so glad I did ! I went in very nervous and was put at ease almost straight away. Charlotte explained every step to me, and keeping my hair healthy and undamaged was the main priority- which I appreciated and although I’m only at the start of my hair journey, left with beautiful hair ! Can’t wait to return and have Charlotte do my hair ! Absolutely recommend x
Beautiful salon. My hair was box dyed prior to visiting and had a lot of warmth. I was desperate to get a creamy natural looking blonde. Charlotte achieved this and more, the transformation was magical. The blonde is amazing and my hair is also glossy and smooth. Highly recommend.
I can’t recommend Heir enough! All of the staff are absolutely lovely, really friendly and you feel at ease the second you walk in. Kim has been working her magic on my hair with extensions since I found the salon last year, they’re totally seamless and so well installed / blended (people didn’t notice until I told them!) and just today both Kim and Charlotte helped me with a total hair transformation. The colour and extensions are even better than I imagined – I can’t wait to hair flip my way round 😀 having hair like this gives me such a confidence boost and I am so happy they’ve mad it a reality for me. Thanks to everyone at Heir!
I can’t thank Charlotte enough for how she’s transformed my hair.. exactly what I wanted. From the initial online consultation form and face to face consultation, I totally trusted that Heir would sort me out! Staff were all very friendly and the experience enjoyable.
