Been here many times over the years and have felt welcome every time, they’ve always cut my hair the way I like it and the price is very reasonable 😊

For the past couple of months, I’ve been feeling really low, between the stress of uni assignments and dealing with indirect bullying, I’ve just not felt myself mentally. I’ve been laughed at and things said behind my back, and it really got to me.
When I walked into Hair Studio St Helens, the lady and the boss were so kind. They were sad that I felt I had to change my curly hair because of others, but they completely understood why I wanted to. I just want the bullying to stop and to feel better about myself.
They made me feel so comfortable and supported — gave me a coffee, let me talk about what I’ve been going through, and really went above and beyond to make me feel good about myself. They worked their magic and honestly did an amazing job on my hair. I left feeling confident and happy, like I’d made the best decision ever, not for anyone else, but for me.
People might say “it’s just hair,” but it’s not. Hair can completely change how you see yourself and how you feel. These lovely women even gave me hair products to take home and advice on how to keep my new look glamorous.
My uni is in Manchester, but I travelled all the way back to my hometown, St Helens, just to go to this salon, and I don’t regret it for a second.
The ladies there are kind, bubbly, and make you feel right at home. Even when you’re down, they’ll cheer you up with a brew, a chat, and a new look that’ll have everyone turning heads.
Everyone was staring at my hair today 😂 I honestly felt like Princess Diana! I rarely make posts like this, but I mean every word. A huge thank you to the amazing women who worked on my hair today, especially the boss!. They even knocked some money off my keratin treatment (which is usually expensive and time-consuming), but it was worth every penny to feel this good about myself.
I’ll definitely be back soon for a blow dry and a catch-up with these fabulous ladies. Watch out, this girl ain’t Chucky anymore, she’s a queen bee 🐝 👑
Great hairdressers, walk in appointments only. Cash only payments. The staff are lovely, and friendly, and I have never been disappointed by a visit there
Great place to get your hair done. No appointment required and not normally long to wait. Reasonable pricing too.
Thank you very much to Lee just called in for a pixie cut had several hairdressers saying they could do it this is the first time I’ve been happy with the style would have given 10 stars if possible very friendly and didn’t have to wait to long either will definitely be going back prices very reasonable thanks again Lee brilliant
