I first just wanna apologise to leonardo for forgetting to make this review as I had my haircut 3 weeks ago. It was an absolutely amazing experience to have my haircut by him, the attention to detail was amazing and it’s my first time having my hair scissor cut this professionally. The overall experience was amazing and I’d definitely recommend coming here. Leonardo understood exactly what I wanted done in such a rapid fashion without it feeling rushed at all. Will be coming back very soon!

Disappointing experience at Goodheart Barbers.

Booked an appointment specifically because I hate waiting around, arrived on time, and what happens? They take a walk-in customer right before me, even though my slot was clearly scheduled. Ended up sitting there for an extra 20-30 minutes twiddling my thumbs. Already off to a bad start.

Then the actual haircut – honestly, it was rushed and sloppy. The fade was uneven, lines weren’t sharp, and it just didn’t look right at all. I left thinking “meh, it’ll do,” but by the next day it was obvious it was a mess.
Had to book another appointment at a different barber the very next day to fix it properly – get the edges cleaned up, even out the sides, basically redo half the cut. So not only did I waste triple the time (original wait + bad cut + fix appointment), but I paid twice for one decent haircut.

For a place in the city centre that charges premium prices, this was really poor. No apology for the delay, no real attention to detail. Won’t be back – plenty of better barbers in Manchester who respect appointments and deliver a proper cut first time. Frustrating waste of time and money.

Leonardo what a beast, best cut ive had in a long time. Glad i now have a default trusty barber to get me sharp every couple weeks. 100/10. I just came in for fast cut and exceeded all my expectations.
