NEVER AGAIN! Please do not waste your money on this salon like I did! The ‘owner’ of the salon told me that my complain is not valid because I have extensions and that they are hard to dry! I felt the salon looking disgusting, with my weft wet, and overall a really bad experience. Please do not waste your money on this like I did! I just wanted a wash a blowdry, clearly not what I received. Extensions and natural hair are meant to blend in, which is clearly not the case here! I got told by the owner that if I wanted it to blend, I should have had more natural hair. OVERALL POOR. Worse 30£ I ever spent, never again.
Just had the most amazing full makeover at Glamour Forever, Fishergate Centre (Preston) and honestly feel like a brand new woman! 😍✨I originally booked through the Fresha app which didn’t seem to go through properly, but the team were so kind and professional and still fitted me in — no fuss, just lovely service from the start. 🥰👍I had false lashes, a hair wash, cut & blow dry, and full face threading and the results are stunning. Everything was done with such care and attention to detail. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and really relaxing — exactly what you want when you need a proper glow-up.
Walked out feeling confident, refreshed and totally transformed… like a magic makeover! ✨
Highly recommend if you’re in Preston and need a treat or a full beauty reset. I’ll definitely be back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went to get my eyebrows done there yesterday and went for threading + colour.
The colour was BLACK even though I specifically said the lady I want a soft/light brown because my hair is light brown + blonde highlights.
However, this morning after cleansing my face I discovered that my brows here actually destroyed, as the colour starting to get off and I could see the actual “shape”. They are so thin, so uneven and there’s not shape to them. They are horrible and I’ve never in my life had or seen uglier eyebrows than these.
When I went in yesterday I had my eyebrows quite grown as I haven’t done them for a while and they were thick enough to be shaped well. I told the lady I don’t want them thinned out, but they don’t listen to client’s instruction.
I have thin skin so can bleed easily. She took her time to make sure i was comfortable and did an amazing job! So happy with my nails
Had my nails done today by a Nigerian lady, she was super friendly & did the best for nails as they were damaged elsewhere!
Salon owner was lovely too and advised what was best to do.
Also, have my eye brows waxed & tinted here & never had any issues.
