Where do I start!! I have been wearing wigs for years now and have never been 100% satisfied, until now!! Bring 8.5 months pregnant I went on the hunt again for a new wig in time for my baby arriving. I came across EA Hair on Instagram and loved the look of their work I reached out and explained my situation and they instantly prioritised me. I chose a balayage wig and matching ponytail using their premium hair. From start to finish the service that I received was incredible, so personal and professional. I was so nervous to invest due to previous experience! I didn’t need to worry, my wig and ponytail arrived on time and are incredible!! I am extremely fussy and this is the first time I have ever left a review, simply because I am so happy and relieved to have my expectations met for the first time in years. I no longer need to spend weeks researching companies, I have finally found a company that tick every box. I am already planning to order my next one!! If you’re worried about the cost, trust me, it is worthwhile and probably more cost effective than wasting money on something else cheaper that will likely be a disappointment and you end up having to spend more on a replacement. Another incredible wig = another review!

This is my 4th wig from EA Hair (see my previous reviews to follow our journey together). Ese and her team truly understand the winning formula: great service + great quality + beautiful wigs = loyal customers.

For the sake of keeping it real, it wasn’t all smooth sailing… I was heading on holiday and needed my wig quickly. I decided to try EA Hair’s superior hair range, more expensive, but I’m all about quality!

When the wig arrived, it looked gorgeous — but straight away the texture didn’t feel quite right. Within 24 hours, I was experiencing knotting at the nape and the hair felt brittle. I was really gutted.

I contacted EA Hair immediately to share my concerns. I was worried because every previous order had been perfect, and I’d never been unhappy before. But I needn’t have worried, they instantly reassured me, offered to remake the wig using hair from a different supplier, and made sure I’d be completely satisfied.

I was away for one week, and within 8 days, not only had they accepted the old wig back (even though I had worn it!) but I had my PERFECT new wig in hand. I was blown away by their willingness to acknowledge the first wig wasn’t up to standard, their kindness in replacing it without hesitation, and their speed in making things right.

It’s rare to find a business that truly puts customer satisfaction over profit. With EA Hair, it’s clear…happy customers = loyal customers.
