Awful experience from start to finish.
2 nails were short when I went in, was promised all the same length.
I was offered 3 different shades of pink. She was going to show me some designs on her phone and then put the phone away.
I complained and I’ve added the response. Took 2 times to email and put a negative review up before I got a response.
Over a month later and my nails haven’t recovered and I’m still waiting my refund as promised.
Do yourselves a favour and go to another nail salon
I honestly can’t speak highly enough about my experience. I have been feeling really nervous about finding somewhere to do my hair since I moved to Lancaster and WOW I hit the jackpot with Diamond hair and beauty. The ladies that work here are so kind and wonderful and will literally go above and beyond to leave you feeling beautiful and confident. I couldn’t rate Barbara highly enough, she is not just incredibly talented and has made my hair the most beautiful it has ever looked but she is also kind and goes above and beyond to help everyone. I wish I could rate higher than 5*, you’re all amazing 💛
I would highly recommend going here for any haircut! Barbara is fantastic and the service is lovely 🙂 I had a bit of a mishap with my fringe cut (as it is still quite new on me) and Barbara knew exactly what to do and fixed it up for me and now I love it! Such lovely staff and service here every time! 🥰
Barbara is the best hairdresser I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot. I haven’t been happy with my hair for a long time, struggling to get the colour right and a style that’s suits me. I am so happy to have found someone who, has helped me to get hair I love and am constantly complimented on.

My hair is very thick, curly, coloured and grey at the roots. Barbara is a very experienced and talented stylist and she treats, cuts and coloured my hair beautifully. I came away feeling so good about myself. My hair is now light, shaped and beautifully coloured. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I look forward to my next visit.
