Just had the worst experience, I told them i was going on holiday and showed them what i wanted. The lady was so so rude lady, she kept on changing the price and when i asked why she then changed it back to what she had said before. Ahe completely ruined my cuticles AND my natural nails, making ALL of my fingers bleed. She was arguing with me when i told her to be please careful or that it’s not what i asked for. I paid £40 and left with cut up cuticles, uneven colour and shape. Honestly such a waste of time and space. DO NOT GO HERE

Had a gorgeous pre-graduation manicure and a pedicure done by the lovely Linda, she helped me pick the perfect colour when I couldn’t quite decide and got the shape just right. Will always come here for my nails! 🤍

I recently visited this salon for a last-minute manicure, and unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience for my payed £50. While I appreciate the availability and friendliness of the staff, I was disappointed with the quality of the service.

The cuticles weren’t cleaned or pushed back at all, which is something I normally receive at other salons. My old polish was removed and a powder base was applied, but it didn’t feel like proper strengthening for my nails. That’s okay — I understand not every place offers the same technique. However, the polish application itself was quite messy, with some areas flooded and no cleanup done afterward. Usually, a file or brush is used to tidy up the edges, but that step was skipped.

I don’t want to sound overly picky, but I’m used to a cleaner, more precise manicure, and this one didn’t meet those standards. I came here in a rush, and while I appreciate that they took me in, I expected more attention to detail.

I asked for nail art and provided reference photos, they said they might charge more for a “hard” design, I said that’s fine as long as you can do it. They absolutely could not do it and took the task on anyway at an increased price, I lie awake thinking about how I shouldn’t have paid for those awful nails that I got for my birthday might I add. They were also rude and unorganised; I specified the time and what I wanted beforehand and yet they blamed me for keeping the shop open late, despite me arriving on time and asking for what was discussed on the phone. Unprofessional and unskilled.
