I went to the salon for a lash lift, I was really excited as I always get told I have long natural eyelashes that would look amazing with a lash lift. My appointment was confirmed for 5.30pm so I arrived at the salon at this time and all lights were off, I’d messaged on Instagram but not had any replies and after calling the number provided 3 times I got an answer and my appointment was moved to half 7, the lady who answered the phone was really lovely and apologetic so I didn’t mind too much.
I was expecting to open my eyes at the end and be amazed but I couldn’t tell much difference, I left with glue on my eyelids and black dye still on my lid too. Felt too awkward to say anything when it came to payment but I was feeling very underwhelmed, can’t fault the owner she was lovely but just dissatisfied with the actual end result. I wish I’d spent the £45 getting lash extensions elsewhere because I can’t tell a difference and have wasted money.
This place doesn’t exist!
I’ve booked for patch test on Saturday through treatwell. When I arrived the place looked closed. Anyway I knocked and called like 7 times and no one picked up. Eventually left and thought maybe they closed on weekends. Rescheduled next week by finally speaking to them on the phone for Friday and then when I arrived.. same thing, looked closed. I knocked several times and no one answered. Rang twice and someone picked up and said no one is there.
Why will you reschedule for a new day and not let me know if circumstances has changed?????
Extremely unprofessional. Avoid this place because it doesn’t exist!
I booked an appointment to get an eyebrow shape and tint, I told the woman I would come on Friday at around 7pm to get a patch test done, she said they were open till 8 so that was fine. I went on the Friday and was struggling to find the entrance so I called up and was told they had shut early, frustrating as I had gone out of my way to get there before they shut. She said they were open the next day 10-1 so to come then. I turned up again the next day at around 12:15 and rang the number again to ask where the entrance was. The woman on the phone wouldn’t explain to me where it was and how to get there, she just told me to wait outside and someone would come down to let me in. I was left stood in the street in the pouring rain for 10 mins, I called again, no answer so cancelled my appointment on treatwell and left. Bad customer service, don’t understand why they were being secretive about how to get in. Wasted time and money travelling there and back twice for nothing.
