Absolutely shocking service for my 3 year old who I took for a trim. The lady was lovely but clearly no hair cutting experience at all – she just totally winged it, my daughter’s hair is all different lengths and she took almost 45 mins for a simple trim. She should have just said I don’t do hair but just wanted to make a quick £10 . Definitely not coming back here.
I have been coming here for years. I have never walked away unhappy. Staff are proffesional and friendly. Can safely say I have walked away with a friend.
