so rude to customers especially me,
rolling their eyes when i say they’re hurting me (grabbing my hand and turning it aggressive) shook their head and started speaking their language to the others whilst laughing when i said that the builder gel was spiking me too much to the point where the pain was unbearable,,
honestly just a horrible nail place.
my fingers were cut and untidy when i left.
do better and treat your customers better.
it shouldn’t take much to be nice to your customers at all,, especially when they are paying you!
Decided to have a pamper before I go away on holiday. I don’t know anything about nails, and this was first time getting them professionally done, but the team were so accommodating and helpful. I went for a builders gel with extension, and got it painted this gorgeous hot pink colour with a flower design on one of the fingers. I then got a gel nail on my toenails in the same colour. I’m so happy with the results and would definitely come back again. Only thing I want to highlight is that it’s cash only for people that might not be aware.
After seeing all of the positive reviews for this place, I was very optimistic to get my birthday nails done here.
During the visit, I spent about 15 minutes waiting around during my actual appointment with my nails half complete, had 3 separate staff members work on me because other members couldn’t figure out how to do a quite simple design that they seemed to have no problem with.
I asked for stars, and got wonky, faded ‘M’s and even after having them redone I am not very impressed with the work I was given for £38.
Best set of nails I’ve ever had done! Nothing is better than having your nails done by a nail tech who is more of perfectionist than you are. The space is giving glam and love that they offer drinks. 100% recommend this place if you want to leave an appointment genuinely happy with the service.
Myself and my daughter came here for the first time today to have our nails done. The staff were so kind, patient and gentle with my daughter and I, and gave my daughter the best experience i could ask for. Our nails are perfect, and the attention to detail is amazing. We can’t wait to come back, thank you 😊
