had such a great experience at this salon, and George was absolutely amazing! He completely transformed my hair into a stunning new look. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything in detail — my hair type, how to style it properly, and what works best for me in terms of colour and balayage.

So happy with my cut and highlights with Ellie! She really listened, offered helpful suggestions and advice, and put in so much effort and expertise to create a style that was above and beyond my expectations. She took great care of me and the whole time I felt like I was in good hands. The entire team at Antony’s was incredibly warm, down-to-earth, and professional too, and I was made to feel so welcome. The salon was very classy, polished and clean, with a great vibe. So glad I found Antony’s. Would 100% return for all my hair styling needs.

I received a £70 refund with no apology or accountability taken. This was I’m assuming for the £72 I paid for my ‘complimentary’ appointment for them to fix their initial mistake.. I left with patchy, purple, uneven, damaged hair.
Customer service here is appalling. I wouldn’t have left this review if they’d have initially dealt with the complaint correctly.
I had an extremely upsetting experience here and would not recommend this salon. I asked for black hair with chunky silver highlights and a tidy face-framing cut. I showed multiple reference photos and explained exactly what I wanted. I left with patchy light brown hair, barely-there highlights, visible roots, and uneven layers. They agreed to fix it free of charge, but during the second appointment I was unexpectedly charged £72 after the service had started.
An apprentice applied my colour, getting dye all over my face. The toner was applied 4 times and left on too long, turning my hair a patchy bright purple. My stylist ‘didn’t have time’ to dry and style my hair and cut one side far shorter than the other. I left with wet hair and cried in the car..
I sent a polite complaint with photos and received a dismissive response full of inaccuracies, with no accountability.
I spent £249.18 in total and left with visibly damaged, un-styleable hair that I’m still trying to fix two months later. This has knocked my confidence completely.
Avoid this salon.
