Got a medium skinfade yesterday with a textured top and honestly on of the best cuts I’ve had in a long time. The fade was clean and blended perfectly and the top was textured correctly. Chaddy listened and delivered what I asked for. 100% returning.
Never been before as I am new to the area have tried one barber when I first moved who overcharged me for a very bad trim. The experience I had with Meekz at 121 was the best I’ve ever had with a barber. Did a full consultation on what I wanted showing me the difference in certain cuts, was very friendly and actually listened to the things I was saying and explained everything he was going to do very well.
I had a face steam to start which was relaxing as I’d been at work all day. I had the initial cut which was cutting on the sides. Then I had my hair washed by another stylist (at no extra cost as I didn’t realise I had booked it, which was shocking to me as I already booked a low price for a cut as is). This was a first for me as I had never had my hair washed at a barbers before. I thought it was a lovely experience and the person doing it was able to hold a great conversation while doing a fantastic and fast job. Then Meekz cut the top, asking what i wanted throughout the entire time explaining what the difference was in each scissor cut style. Then he made sure I was happy with how it sat on my head while dry which is perfect as I am very particular with how my fringe is. Then after that he even styled it for me using their own in house products which I will certainly be purchasing on my next booking as the final look left me in shock as I have never been so in love with a haircut before.
Meekz even shaped up my moustache which is never something I would have thought of doing before but is definitely something I will carry on doing in future. All in all I was provided a service I would rate higher than 5 stars if possible for the lowest price I have paid for a haircut in years. Will definitely be returning as a regular.
