Absolutely fantastic experience. I loved that they had a website so I could book my appointment as I hate using a phone. Managed to get a same day appointment too. From walking in the door, explaining my situation and deciding on the cut to leaving was so calm and professional; nothing was too much trouble. As I have a small fear of the hairdressers (as much as I fear the dentist!) I was made to feel at ease immediately. I walked in with no confidence and left feeling incredible. Thank you so much!
