Cannot recommend Yasmin enough. Was my daughter’s first visit for consultation for facial hair. We had been called back by the manager who was extremely apologetic as there had been a mistake with the appointment booking and we had been on our way home feeling very disappointed. She promised if we could turn back they would see us straight away for as long as we needed. We went back and the manager introduced us to Yasmin who did the initial consultation. As we had a lot of questions Yasmin was extremely patient and lovely, did the initial questionnaire and talked through the plan going forward and how to prepare for each treatment and what to do after. She also gave us her phone number in case we had any questions at all going forward. At all stages we could not have asked for a more professional, understanding, kind and lovely person. I knew she would look after my daughter going forward as she attended appointments going forward. I would give Yasmin 10/10 and completely recommend her to anybody who was wondering where to go.

While visiting Manchester this week I booked in for an intimate wax with Sam. I can honestly say this was the quickest and most comfortable Hollywood wax ever.

Yasmin is excellent. Her work is quick, precise and she is lovely and calming presence during the treatment. Plus she is a Britney fan so A+++. Would absolutely reccomend having electrolysis with Yasmin for anyone looking to get it done : )
