I was so nervous at first but Sam and Lillie explained the whole procedure and gave me time to decide. Definetly no pushy sales very professional. The work is superb, yielding fantastic results. I will be coming back for other treatments.
Unprofessional service. They cancelled my appointments twice on short notice. The second time, I showed up to the clinic and she told me she’s not there even though she told me to come at half 12 via text message. Clearly she forgot about me. I was prepare to pay £200 for lip filler but if a small business doesn’t want my money, I’ll just have to take it elsewhere. Don’t run a business if you don’t have communication skills.
